Entrpreneurs Rick Froio and Joseph Primiano teamed up with their long time friend, Creative Director Michael DiBugnara to make their dream become reality – create a restaurant and environment where impeccable service, gracious hospitality and delicious food meet fun music and good times. We were able to interview Michael DiBugnara to learn more about the food, concept, and their business philosophy at Adoro Lei.

FriendsEAT: Tell us something about your restaurant. What makes it special?

Michael: Adoro Lei is a sophisticated, yet casual Italian American restaurant and lounge that places a premium on impeccable customer service and good times.

FE: Are there any Awards you have received? Any you’re particularly proud of?

Michael: We won the Open Table Diners Choice for 2016

FE: What is your restaurant philosophy? Is there something that everyone strives for with each action taken at your restaurant?

Michael: To Adoro Our Customers!

FE: What is your most popular dish? Why do people love it?

Michael: It’s the Pietro Pizza. People just love the freshness of the Prosciutto and the truffle oil

FE: And what is the one cocktail your bartender loves to make?

Michael: The Silent Assassin Punch

FE: What makes you stand out above the rest?

Michael: It is a punch bowl with Absinthe and Tequila…although you would never know because of how sweet it is.

FE: Do you offer any deals such as happy hour specials, brunches, etc?

Michael: We offer both Happy Hour prices 5 days a week, and a Bottomless Brunch deal with Bottomless Bowls and Brunch Food Specials
