Bet you didn’t know July 11 is National Mojito Day. Yup…it is. So we figured why not join in the fun. We were lucky enough to get this amazing Mojito recipe from Ramsey Pimentel, Master mixologist at the oceanfront Ritz-Carlton, South Beach.
This is not your everyday Mojito. Pimentel has livened things up by adding a touch of cucumber and freezing it for the ultimate refreshment on a Summer night. It has become a favorite at the Ritz Carlton among sunbathers ordering from their “Mixologist on Wheels” cart.
Try out the recipe today, and make sure to try the real thing when you head to Miami.
