Squash is awesome in cooking. It can be used in salads, baked, made into patties, fried, or made & added into soups. You can also save the seeds from the squash for oils and salad toppings. It’s one of the reasons we love Squash recipes.
Besides being delicious, squash is a very healthy ingredient. Squash contains tonsÂ of vitamin A, vitamins C, E, B6, niacin, thiamin, pantothenic acid, and folate. It’s also mineral rich, containing magnesium, potassium, manganese, copper, phosphorous, calcium, and iron.
