Kelly Strum spent most of her childhood in Moran’s Restaurant & Catering being the daughter of its owner and general manager. She has started working when she was still 16 years old. Despite her family being very hands-on in managing their business, her true love and passion for animals gave her the courage to squeeze in working for Morrison Animal Inn and Chelsea Animal Hospital.
Kelly is currently Moran’s Assistant Manager, working behind the bar, which she has only begun doing a few years ago. Being the head mixologist, Kelly is the brain behind all the new and authentic cocktail flavors and mixes that Moran’s is pushing out in their amazing menu.
Kelly is sharing her recipe for a Moran’s crowd favorite” the Cranberry Martini. Its so colorful and vibrant that it brings a lot of excitement when customers see other people drinking it. They automatically head to the bar and get one for themselves.
1.5 oz of vodka
1/2 oz of orange liqueur
1/2 oz of vermouth
3 oz of cranberry juice
cranberries as garnish
1. Pour ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker. Shake to chill.
2. Pour into martini glass.
3. Garnish with cranberries.
