TAMO bar & terrace is known for serving regionally-influenced and locally-sourced cuisine, and inventive cocktails. Their newly expanded terrace has gorgeous views of the harbor. We reached out to Mixologist Dana Seabury for today’s National Mojito Day. She is known for her balanced cocktails with fresh ingredients, including those found in Seaport’s own plaza herb garden.
Dana gave us a gorgeous twist on the typical Mojito, TAMO’s Elderflower Mojito is aromatic and flavorful making it a refreshing summer cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 3 lime wedges
- 5 mint leaves
- ¾ oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
- 1.5 oz. Bacardi Silver
- Splash of Club Soda
- Ice
Method:
- Muddle lime wedges, 4 mint leaves and Elderflower Liquor together in shaker. Add the rum and ice to mixture, shake. Pour into highball glass. Top with club soda and remaining mint leaf.
