I’m no fan of fast food, but I was thinking of all those people out there who are working hard to make ends meet. This is a list of some restaurants that will give you freebies. If you know of others, add them in the comments; it could mean the world to someone reading this post. Some of these may change, but as of today, they should be pretty accurate. You can get free food at Abuelos Mexican restaurant on your birthday
Abuelos: This Mexican restaurant with locations in 12 states offers a loyalty club where you can earn 1 point per dollar spend. They give you a freebie when you join and give you freebies on your birthday & anniversary.
Joint the mailing list at Applebees for specials when you dine
Applebees: When you join their mailing list, Applebees sends you a “birthday special”.
Arby’s: Arbys is the 2nd largest quick-service sandwich chain in the United States when it comes to the number of stores they have. That’s more than 3,000! If are one of the people who want to get Arby’s coupons, you can click on the link above and fill out their online survey. Once you’re done they will give you a free roast beef!
Au Bon Pain Cafes offer a free lunch on your birthday
Au Bon Pain: Au Bon Pain Cafe & Bakery’s E-club offers goodies right off the bat, a travel mug, offers, a free birthday lunch, and an anniversary gift.
Baja Fresh gives away tacos AND burritos
Baja Fresh: When you join Baja Fresh’s club you get a free taco for signing up and a free burrito on your birthday (but New members must join the club at least 7 days prior to their birthday to receive a birthday coupon.)
Ben & Jerry’s gives you lots of love on your birthday – a free scoop
Ben & Jerry’s: I love Chunky Monkey, so signing up for this Ben & Jerry’s Coupon for a free scoop on my birthday was an absolute must.
Burger King: Not all locations participate, but if you take their phone or web survey you get a Burger King coupon code for a percentage off your next purchase. The web survey requires a purchase. If you see the prompt on your receipt, you know you’re in!
Chick-Fil-A: Not a fan of their company, but if you fill out the online survey after a purchase you get a code for a Chick-Fil-A Coupon for a chicken sandwich.
Del Taco gives away free tacos and shakes on people’s birthdays
Del Taco: You can get 2 free grilled chicken tacos AND a free vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry shake on your Birthday at Del Taco by joining their raving fan e-club.
Dunkin’ Donuts: You can often find Dunkin’ Donuts coupons on silly holidays like National Coffee Day. If you just can’t wait until then, fill out the survey in the back of the receipt for a free donut. If you’re an AARP member, you get a free donut with the purchase of a large or extra large beverage (details here).
Hardee’s offers coupons for free food on their website
Hardees: Check out Hardee’s Coupons section. They vary them seasonally and get very creative. As of today, they are offering a free Grilled Ham and Cheese Combo and a strawberry lemonade.
Jersey mikes gives you a free sub for joining their rewards program
Jersey Mike’s Subs: Jersey Mike’s coupons are easy to get. Simply complete a profile on their website and you get a free sub!
Panera Care Cafes: They do not have prices, but work on suggested donation amounts. The customer decides how much to pay. For people going through hard times, Panera Care Cafes also offers free food for exchange of an hour of work time.
Want free pancakes? Ihop delivers
IHop: If you join their club, you get free pancakes. A small note, unlike IHop coupons you get online, these are not immediate. They take 24-48 hours to get to your email inbox.
Ikea: Ikea does some cool freebies from time to time. For example, from Sept 1-3 they did free meals for any purchase over $100. Right now they offer free breakfast until 11:00am on Mondays, and Tuesdays kids eat free 11:00am to close.
IF you sign into wifi at subway you can get a mobile coupon for a one time coupon
Subway: There are a few ways to get Subway coupons for free stuff. You can fill out the survey in the back of the receipt for a free cookie, OR, the first time you sign into their WIFI, you can get a mobile coupon for a free sandwich.
Wendy’s: Fill out the survey and get a BOGO (Buy one get one) voucher “buy a value meal, get a sandwich”. They also sometimes sell “Frosty Keychains” for $1 that get you free frostys for a full year.
