If you are not familiar with Tim Ferriss, you should be. He is the Author of the 4 Hour Work Week (Read the book…I’m still working way more than 40 hours weekly), the 4-Hour Body and now the 4-Hour Chef. He’s a pretty cool guy, can be pretty inspiring and shares lots of knowledge. Call me old-school, but his hyperdecanting method is just not for me. I enjoy the rituals of wine. A bottle of wine allows me to slow down, relax. Wine is a thing of decadence. luxury and indulgence. Putting this lovely fermented juice through the abuse seen in the video below just makes me cringe. Even if it works, this takes away part of the beauty and ritual of wine.
