A burger may be the least romantic dish to serve up on Valentine’s Day, but a bite of this vegetarian patty can invoke a great spiral of romance.  Rouse your date’s interest and curiosity as you serve up an innocent-looking spicy bun of love and let the aphrodisiac powers of black beans do the work for you.

Unlike many aphrodisiacs, black beans do not have a legendary, mythical or superstitious backing.  In fact, its aphrodisiac properties root from its vitamin content that can increase energy along with one’s heightened libido; this is especially effective among men.  Although black beans can boost one’s energy, it also has a relaxing component due to its tryptophan content.  Black beans can thereby make one feel energized yet relaxed, a great combination that can encourage an atmosphere of seduction.

Add some heat and flavor to your black bean dish by putting together this yummy burger.  Entice your date’s sense of taste with something meaty and juicy, something that makes this simple dish truly sexy.
