Roger Torres: We are a fast casual restaurant offering sophisticated Latin soul food on the go. Also, the only restaurant with Latin flavors offering healthy options using the best local and organic ingredients. Our ambiance is unique and fun in a beautiful space. The space has a lively vibe and energy and the nutrient-rich food will help energize our customers throughout the day.

FE: Tell us a cool story about the restaurant.

Roger: A story that I enjoy a lot is how our customers are embracing the warm service and ambience that we have at Latin Beet. We always greet customers when they walk in, we say words in Spanglish, we tried to be a lot like a family in Latin America. People are embracing this in a positive way and fell the good vibe. They like when we greet them with Hola, Bienvenidos, Nos vemos manana, etc. This is the type of experience and warm service we offer to our customers and they like it.

FE: Are there any awards you have received that you are particularly proud of?

Roger: The most valuable award for us is the appreciation from our customers and having them visit us many times every week. We are receiving excellent feedback and that makes us happy and proud. We are also proud to have 5 starts and rave reviews in many of the rating sites.

FE: What is your restaurant philosophy?

Roger: We want to offer a unique experience for our customers. We strive to make our service warm and welcoming.
We strive to make fast and affordable delicious and healthy food, using fresh and good quality ingredients. We strive to make food that our customers enjoy while they feel good about it. We make a huge effort to source our ingredients locally and organic as much as possible.

FE: What is your most popular dish and why do people love it?

Roger: Costa Ceviche bowl. People love ceviches in their bowls. Ceviches are healthy and delicious. Customers say that the flavors are unexpected.

FE: What makes you stand out above the rest?

Roger: The ingredients we use, the care that we put to prepare our food, our warm and welcoming service and obviously our food which is unique, healthy and delicious which is often difficult to find.

FE: Do you offer any deals such as happy hour specials, brunches, etc?

Roger: Yes, we have a 10% discount for new customers when they order for pick up or delivery through our website and app.
