Terry Gonzalez is the managing principal for the Lobby Restaurant, Lounge and Sports Bar in Elizabeth, NJ. Terry started working in the restaurant industry when he was sixteen years of age as a busboy. He saw a future in the business so he sought opportunities with a number of reputable venues. In 2013, Terry was approached with an offer he couldn’t refuse. Eddy G. Productions was impressed with his work and offered him a managing partner position at the Lobby. After 3 years in business, the Lobby has quickly become a staple in the community, attracting thousands of people for its food and festive parties. FriendsEAT was fortunate to get an interview with Terry about their food, concept and business philosophy at the restaurant.
FriendsEAT: Tell us a little something about your restaurant.
