Tuesday October 4 at Spina Restaurant: Executive Chef Jeremy Personius is putting together a fall tasting menu featuring Spina’s new dishes and hand selected wines. Friday October 14, 21, 28 at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health: Each Friday night, the School students from the chef’s training program turn the school into a restaurant and showcase a three-course vegetarian dinner. October 15 at Flute Grammercy: What better way to bring in the fall than to head to FlÃ»te’s to learn about champagne and sparkling wine. The October 15 tasting focuses on bubbly and oysters (two of my favorite things). The class runs from 6-7pm and costs $75 per person. Reserve online.
