If you’ve ever sliced off a piece of your fingers while using a madoline, you need to toss it in the garbage and order this one. I’ve had mine for quite a while now and I’ve had no bloody mishaps to date. It slices like a charm, there’s no having to struggle to push a potato through. It’s also pretty convenient since clean-up is a snap. Thanks to this puppy, I no longer dread making tortilla espanola.
