I often jog but most of the time walk since I have a dog. So over the time I require drinking energy drink since I think I really need to replenish. I once learned that water alone can’t dehydrate you enough if you lost a lot of sweat so that’s why I go for energy drinks. But I know the power of energy drinks are beyond that. Most marketing campaigns for energy drinks promise improved performance, concentration, and mood.
