Good sandwiches and even better service. The entire staff was super nice, but Courtney definitely went above and beyond. She was really sweet! She gave both of my daughters free chocolate chip chunk cookies (I ate 1, cuz...). Anyway, cool location

I can't express how much I love these simple sandwiches. I don't do it often, but I am known to drive 20+ mins to get these sandwiches that take literally the amount of time you swipe your card.. and it's done! It's not thrown together they are just making magic back there. Friendly staff. Everytime I can, I made a stop here!

Placed order online, waited a hour. decided to call and was told they were to busy to make a 5 minute phone call explaining what was going on. I could of went up to store and picked my order up if I knew what was going on. Assistant manager working on 9/11/22, at closing was very rude, needs to be sent back to customer service training. Also decided to put me on the no call list cause I was mad and said I was coming up to the store about issue, saying if I do the police will be involved. Will not do anymore business with this location but will call complaint line to report what happened.

Love JJs but this location clearly is terrible. Ordered a Favorite Beach Club. Says "double the meat and cheese" and says it has avacado on it. You can tell by the picture there is hardly any meat and there is supposedly avacado somewhere on here, yet I failed to taste or see any...The lettuce tastes almost chemically. Pretty disappointed. Avoid this location.

Typically always order from this location. However, last 3 times haven’t been great experiences. 1st one sandwich had ham on #5 Vito’s. 2nd time placed a mobile ordered for pickup and it wasn’t processed until I went in and inquired. 3rd time meat portion was off. Not sure if there is a protocol on slices of meat, full or ends but I paid full price but got partial slices. The cucumber slices were bigger than the meat slices. Totally disappointment.

So placed an order for a specific time pick up. Arrive at store and they tell me it'll be another 20 min? What is the point of online specific ordering? Huge disappointment.

Ordered tuna club and had liquid dripping down the sandwich. If you are into extremely soggy tuna sandwich this is your place. Pretty sure it’s the location. I have had JJ from other locations, made to perfection. Avoid this location!!!!!!

Omg. The worst delivery experience ever. What type of sandwich is this??? I wouldn’t give this my 7 year old. And it took almost an hour to get to my job. I had to call the place twice to see where my meal was!!! I’m glad I didn’t clock out. My lunch break would’ve been over. ???????????????
