Ledo's food is ALWAYS delicious. Arguably the best pizza in the Washington area. However, in this particular location ... customer service needs to be improved. He is not the most welcoming and the easiest to talk to. Several people mentioned that the manager on the phone is quick to end the conversation with customers and does not want to speak to them on the phone. All comments on this subject are TRUE. Good quality food and customer service must go hand in hand. Unfortunately, this place doesn't have the temperament to be successful in service, especially over the phone.

This location offers great value for money and prompt service. You can park across the street and CVS when you go get your pizza. They have new menu items with a Korean barbecue approach. See attached photos.
