Razzoo finally got a 5 star rating! Amani did an amazing job !!! She was very friendly and made sure my group and I were taken care of. All of my food was delicious and it all came out quick and hot. Final Review - Not sure who beat this Razzoo now, but the customer service was really really decent today. I have been going there since I was a child and have never seen workers work other than talking. I realized that my Swamp Thing was running low on alcohol, which usually doesn't happen, but whoever does it now is a great job and continues. If this type of service stays consistent, I will definitely update and give 5 stars on my next visit, but I will need to make sure my alcohol is up to par and the bartender does not forget the food, try to be consistent and the reviews do, they will improve.

I really enjoyed my last experience at this place. The food was delicious and my waitress was amazing !! She was more than kind, attractive and I didn't have to ask her anything more than once. I also appreciate that you practice social distancing and safe practices.

I walked in with my granddaughter and when I asked how much and said 2 the hostess smiled and told me the wait would be 2 hours (yes 2 hours). I told him it was ridiculous as there were only 2 groups of people waiting. His answer was yes, they love us all ... well, with that attitude, they won't be loved any longer. I plan to call the manager on Monday and looking back I wish I had asked to speak to management when I was there but I really needed to calm down so I will take care of that on Monday.

I love this place !!!! The food was ridiculously good. The service was good. The prices were very reasonable. I had the Jambalaya pasta. Astonishing !!! We both took food home as the portions were very generous.
