Truly some of the best in the area. Atmosphere is nice (very clean).
Fogo is an interesting dining concept. They serve primarily meat -- chicken, pork, beef, you name it. It's cooked and seasoned in every imaginable way. When you're seated, the server will give each person a card. They advise you to start with the salad bar to make sure that you get a few side items and some vegetables. One side of the card given to you by your server is green and the other side is red. When you're ready to order, you simply flip the card to the green side and servers will approach your table with speared cuts of every type of meat you can think of. They'll slice off a small amount of each meat for you, and when you've had enough, you flip your card back to the red side. I can't tell you how filling it is, and you really feel like a pig afterwards. The price isn't too horrible, and they regularly do specials which makes it more affordable.
The decor is a little eclectic. It's not by any means a fine-dining type of place, but it's a step up from the Olive Garden. The place is always clean and inviting. In my experience the bartenders have been great, and the servers are always polite. It's not particularly a family-oriented place, but so long as you don't have small children you should be okay.
This probably isn't a place you'll be hitting up too terribly often, but it's a great restaurant. I tend to get my fill of it for a while after I eat there, but it's great once every month or so. It's a lot of fun and if you like meat, well, you'll love Fogo! Don't forget to save room for dessert! They have a chocolate cake that's spectacular.
