Can't get enough of this chicken! A family dinner, we highly recommend the spicy chicken drumsticks with Tteokbokki (stir fried rice cakes in a spicy Korean sauce topped with melted cheese). The fried chicken that we got was half soy garlic which I would say has no spice level (lots of flavor) and the other half was spicy! A perfect 50/50 ratio for those in our group that can't handle spicy food. You get free refills of coleslaw and pickled radish which are great palate cleansers! The wait can be frustrating sometimes, but we got lucky and only had to wait 5 minutes.

Great place for spicy Korean fried chicken & Bulgogi beef. I specifically enjoyed the bulgogi tacos, really tasty beef with absolutely no fat whatsoever & so I ended up getting the bulgogi sliders as well. The Korean fried chicken tenders were really good & spicy so if you can’t handle the spicyness I would suggest getting the non spicy tenders. Overall food was delicious, service was not bad, I did do take out as well which was far from great as directions are not really taken when it comes to ordering over the phone. Overall would def come back to sit and enjoy some bulgogi beef.

The chicken is better. Crispy and flavorful. Other foods are good too. Try the japchae. Don't get the pork buns. Definitely recommend. Been going here for many years and I drive far to get it.

Brought my daughter for her bday since she's been wanting to try some various Korean meals and this was a great time! There were four of us, and I unfortunately didn't get a pic of the amazing wings! We enjoyed the chicken katsu, the fried rice, garlic wings, pork buns and popcorn shrimp. My nephew tried the Tteokbokki, and it's a bit of an acquired taste and although he doesn't shy away from spice, this was hotter than he expected, lol. He brought it home to finish because he really enjoyed the rice cakes, sauce and cheese the most. The fish cakes weren't really to his liking, but I know he's super particular about seafood, so it was nice that he tried it and still liked it for the most part. Friendly and helpful wait staff. My daughter and everyone who came really enjoyed the food and experience!Vegetarian options: There is seafood options as well as vegetarian options with veggie pot stickers and I believe a dinner plate made with tofu in place of meat/seafood. The fried rice can also be made without chicken/shrimp.

Ordered takeout with the family for my cousins birthday. Got a large order of drumsticks, large order of wings and mini drums, and a medium spicy combo. Also got some japchae and some pork buns. Been here a few times before. As always, the chicken is GREAT. Balanced between moist and dryness, soy garlic is flavorful. But the spicy one… I’ll tell ya is where it is at. I have a high spice tolerance but this place always will make ya sweat. The thing is the taste of it is so addicting and you want more spice! The spice level is definitely much higher than the one in Lowell I’ve been to. The japchae was decent. The pork buns were a bit dry and overcooked. The seasoned fries were a bit cold and mushy as well. That and the fact we didn’t get the sides of radish, etc with our meal is the cause for the 4 stars and not five.

I’ll start out by saying if you want to get the drumsticks or wings, those will probably still be fine/taste like the classic Bonchon. HOWEVER, the strips were really not up to standard. Either the typical batter was changed out or these are just grocery store tenders w their sauce and passed off as the Bonchon recipe (the latter is what I’m guessing). If you know what the regular strips are supposed to taste like, don’t come here for them !!! My brother enjoyed them because he hasn’t had Bonchon in years which is why I didn’t rate it lower, but seriously don’t get the strips here. Staff was very nice though!

Shrink-flation hit them so hard....I paid $30 for 24 NUGGETS where as the boneless used to be whole chicken tenders. The sauce still slaps but the bang for your buck is not a thing anymore. The breading has also completely changed and is less like korean chicken and more like a tyson chicken nugget :/ love yall but....ouch my heart

I used to order boneless chicken from Bonchon. It was so good. I ordered the 24 pcs boneless chicken tonight. The chicken was very dry, dark brown, overcooked with very little sauce. I will not come here again.

Chicken used to be so good here that it was addicting. Sadly this is no longer the case. My chicken tonight had barely any sauce and was over cooked. I’ve had better chicken from the grocery store frozen section. I hope Bonchon makes improvements to their chicken so it tastes like it did in the past. Bimimbap bulgogi and takoyaki were very good, but Bonchon is famous for their chicken. It’s like going to Dunkin’ Donuts and getting bad coffee and donuts but a great bagel. Not good.
