The cupcake was good and the ice cream was good at JP Licks in Boston Massachusetts. It was a small store by Boston standards, but it was not crowded as much as I'd have thought on a weekend.

I ordered 2 peanut butter cup sundaes for me and my fiancé and the majority of the cup was hot chocolate which was under the ice cream. The ice cream was like soup before I could even get 2 minutes down the road to eat them and the rest of the time was spent waiting in line I waited almost 25 minutes in line with one person ahead of me. There was three people working and three separate orders ahead of mine. It was so long that I didn't even get to eat my ice cream until it was too late she said.

A woman who has a disability and is deaf says she was discriminated against by an employee at a local ice cream parlor. I have a disability (Deafness) and I arrive first serve in line. I ask employee to write the note for communication able to get ice cream. New Client arrive in the line and employee crew decide to not serve me and told me -I take other client for quick-. That really disrespectful and discrimination! Because my serve is not important. I will definitely not come that store again.
