I seriously recommend this place for lunch. The service was efficient. Sometimes it seems like a lot of places in Newbury can't handle the lunch rush but they have done it perfectly and they are very safe if you dine at home.

She ordered food online and waited 30 minutes from when it was supposed to be ready. After five minutes from the stated time, I asked them to review the order. And I kept asking a total of 5 times. The last time I asked it was clear that they had simply lost the order and lied to me about verifying the order. After asking for my money, they gave me a soda. The employees were a bit incompetent. It's a shame because the place looked so beautiful and they looked good.

Umai was fine. The fish / rice ratio was quite good, but I had better taste and better overall quality for the same price or cheaper in other restaurants. This place is suitable if you are not close enough to anywhere else and just need your sushi solution (I have spicy salmon hamachi maki rolls)

I wanted it to be worth it. As simply justifiable. But it's just not very good. And super disorganized, so it takes a million years.
