Beautiful spot with a menu that will certainly pique your interest! Very nice spot!
Palo Santo is an amazing little restaurant in Brooklyn. As soon as you walk in you can tell it is something special. The wood work and decor are impeccable. Turns out the woodwork was done by the Chef Jacques Gautier. He is an amazing wood worker. The pieces. Now for the most important part, the food...the menu changes all the time, so you always get a nice surprise. I had the cold melon soup, it was fantastic, cold with a kiss of spice to tickle your tongue this was paired with a lovely Torrontes that balanced out the spice beautifully. I then moved on to the Ceviche, the pork taquitos and the beet salad. I had a hard time leaving any taquitos for my company. I have to say that this place does not miss on anything. Christopher and Jacques are amazing hosts that have put every thought into this place, and this dedication must be passed onto the rest of the team because Veatrice was wonderful as well (although I am almost certain that I have mispelled her name)
