Worst service I have ever had! Over and over they sent the wrong order. Tonight I was promised a replacement for the order which was wrong, but the order never arrived after they said they would ship the correct order. An hour later when I called to find out where the new order was, they were rude and said the driver had come home. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me they weren't going to send the order now. I am completely disgusted when you try to support the local restaurants in Inwood. I will never order from this place again. They were also rude on the phone and said âہ“whateverâ€Â when I told them I would never ask them again. Absolutely disgusting, what shit this is an unprofessional, unprofessional establishment that you should be ashamed of when treating the customers who have supported your business during the pandemic in this way.

Have requested delivery and take out several times. Always fresh and delicious. It usually arrives faster than the estimated time.

We love this place. We come from Queens to Washington Heights for two reasons: to visit family and Sushi Yu II. All the dishes are excellent, there is no problem adjusting them to customer preferences and the portions are very generous, just enough so that you can easily make a full meal from the leftovers. Recommended! ! !

This place is amazing! The food is delicious, the fish and vegetables are fresh and the service is excellent. The best sushi shop ever. I highly recommend it, the delivery is very fast and I was surprised that it arrived faster than the estimated time. The best sushi I have ever eaten in my life. I will definitely be back!

The food in this place is good. That's why I gave it three stars. However, the management of this place is very poor. I placed an order online and it was specifically stated when I should pick it up, now it's an hour later and it's not ready yet. I understand it's Friday night, but this place needs to be better planned in advance.

My brother really liked sushi and we found this place in Heights. We sat outside and had prompt service. We both ordered bento boxes (shrimp and chicken tempura). I also had a side of the shrimp, avocado and mango roll. The seafood tempura (appetizer) was mostly veg, I expected more seafood. But overall every bite was delicious and we will be back.
