Moody’s Falafel Palace is in Central Square and is the best late night food in Cambridge. They are open until 3:00 in the morning most days. The line gets very long around 1:00 when the bars begin to close. If you’ve had a few drinks and you’re dedicated to getting late night food, you should definitely stick with it! The line moves quickly and the food is well worth it. The falafel, chicken, and lamb roll-ups are the most popular item on the menu. Their roll-ups have pickles in them, which adds an extra flavor element, making them even more delicious than they already are! The falafel is not dry and the sandwiches are packed full. The price is great, about $5 per sandwich, and the employees really know what they’re doing. There is no table service and the location is really small. The Palace is definitely better for takeout than eat-in.
