Went here for a Saturday lunch and was happy with the food and service provided.We ordered the grilled salmon and fish tacos. The grilled salmon was cooked well and had s fantastic smokey flavor to it. The fish tacos were well prepared and seasoned as well. The oysters were fresh and the shrimp app was very tasty.The staff were fastidious and kind, their presence was appreciated and not overbearing.I don't go to Charleston much but I had a nice time at tidewater.

Absolutely fantastic food was hot and fresh. Fried food was cooked perfect not greasy and soggy. Tressa our waitress was also great very knowledgeable and prompt. We will be back 10/10 prices are well worth the food!

The restaurant was busy, people everywhere having a good time, talking and eating. Our server Brandon kept us informed and drinks full during our wait which eased a lot. The food was amazing I posted a surf and turf that was nothing less than magnificent! Brussels Sprouts that was to die for, delicious crab cakes with garlic mashed potatoes and last but not least the infamous jerk shrimp! At the end of our dinner our server Brandon boxed up our food how we liked and sent us great wishes on our way out. Being pulled a million different ways he still managed to make our little dinner a great night and it was greatly appreciated. Wonderful place will definitely be back soon!

Someone said in a review that if you like shrimp, you won't be disappointed. They were right. I had the fried jumbo shrimp with seasonal veggies and coleslaw. The shrimp was lightly battered and cooked perfectly. The veggies were delicious and the coleslaw is my new favorite. Don't get me started in the wam rolls! If we lived here, we'd be back. If we pass this way again we WILL be back.

Very nice seafood place almost next door to the Outback. Limited non-seafood items, which is just fine. Appetizers are tasty and portions are good for seafood standards. Swordfish, scallops, salmon are all tasty although maybe just a little overcooked. Drinks done well. But... I am glad i made it to dessert ;) soooo good! Key lime pie is the right color and the peanut butter bar is awesome. Enjoy!!Vegetarian options: You have to ask, and they will happily remove the fish, meat or poultry from the pasta dish.

We LOVE this restaurant! Every time we drive even close to Charleston, we are there! We recently took a trip and made reservations on the way to our destination AND on the way back home! When the food came to our table, I prayed that the meal would never end! The jerk shrimp is our VERY favorite and the bread, and the Brussel sprouts, and the Greek salad with the Greek dressing! Service is top notch, too!

Fresh fresh fresh. Ordered blackened Chilean sea bass. It was fresh but the cook couldn't seem to get it done enough due to its thickness. But, it was still delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were excellent! Our server Brandon was at the top of the service! Definitely going back again.

This was a big old-style fancy restaurant with waitstaff in black pants and white shirts with ties. Our waiter Jordan was just great and friendly and prompt. We had a big cozy booth so we could grab away like the 3 old ladies we are. The menu was quite extensive with seafood of all varieties. I had fish tacos that had a spicy salsa and it was served with a choice of sides which was unusual for tacos but I had steamed broccoli and Cole slaw. My sister had Chilean sea bass and rice and spinach which she seemed to enjoy. Our guest had Alfredo fettuccine and she nearly ate every bite. Those two finished with ice cream topped with caramel. So why 3 stars? It was solid in every way but not outstanding for 5 stars and not 4 stars because it was ordinary. Ordinary in a good reliable way that you know what you are going to get and you can take any type of person there. So please don't think 3 stars is a bad review.

Definitely not what it used to be - not even close. The food is OK but at one time it was my favorite place to get a Greek Salad bowl with chicken. Now the produce doesn't taste or look fresh, the chicken is definitely of low quality and the portions vs the cost are not comparable. Definitely went down hill over the last couple of years.

Staff was good but it did take awhile to replenish drinks but food just wasn’t impressive at all the Caesar salad had a dirt taste and I wasn’t a fan of the dressing, the rolls was like if you took frozen roll dough and let it rise to long so it was crunchy on the outside and little to no bread on the inside, the fish batter was doughy fries was cold and bland, steak had no seasoning garlic mashed potatoes was alright, kids grilled cheese wasn’t bad but did remind me of school grilled cheese however though the Calamari was good. Overall we won’t be going back the looks of the restaurant was definitely misleading
