My review is based upon a past experience, but it was certainly 5 star ready when managed by Mr. Washington. I've not had it since new management, but I would hope they have not changed the flavor of the popcorn or the courtesy and consistency of the service

Lots of popcorn flavors!! Original, Caramel, Cheddar and Hey even a spicy popcorn who knew!???? Friendly service. The caramel popcorn was tasty and was a great way for me to pass time while waiting for the train.

Popcorn is great, but shame on the service. It was a young person working who I’ve never seen before that acted like my service was an inconvenience. She was short with us and rude and was too interested in her phone to be courteous. I asked for napkins and she said already in there. There is ONE. For two bags of popcorn and two people.

I've enjoyed the popcorn for years, but the popcorn I purchase today was STALE STALE & STALE. Tastes like it was made yesterday. Twenty dollars for two large bags of popcorn and both were chewy not crispy. I hope this isn't another business that goes under due to a drop in quality.

Don't get the 5 star reviews. Popcorn is ok nothing spectacular and super expensive. The flavor was good but the actual popcorn was very stale. Not worth the cost .

I used to really like this place, but the service is very poor now. I'm an African American woman and I am so tired of being treated like I don't deserve good service. The man didn't even thank me for my business, and when I said to him aren't you going to say thank-you,? He looked at me like I was stupid and didn't deserve a thank-you. Something really needs to be done about this. I'm going to look into it. Oh yeah, and he said he was that manager. He is an Indian man. This makes me so sad. And I spent $20.00 in there. Isn't that worth a thank-you and a smile?

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD HERE!!!!! Tried to buy popcorn and the man said the card was declined...than I go on the train and my card works perfectly fine to buy Dominos and my ticket from Ventra...so I just got home looked at my account and they charged me $74.50....SCAM AND UNTRUSTED
