The Garrett Mix, in particular, is absolutely addicting and is a staple for any trip to Chicago. Cheddar and caramel seem so simple but they work so perfectly together. The popcorn is only best when eaten fresh, but I always end up wishing I got a second (or third) bag.

Awesome popcorn, we've tried other -Chicago- mixes in the past (being from Montreal) and Garrett's is clearly the best! Delicious mix of caramel and cheese, fairly priced ($7USD for a medium bag) fresh and delicious. Be warned, cheese fingers are real!

Hands down, Garrett's is the absolute best popcorn on the planet. It makes it even better when you receive outstanding customer service. Eve handled every customer in that store with care. She was the only one there BUT there was no long waits and she had the best attitude about what she does! I have ordered Garrett's and had it delivered to my home for years. This was my first experience in the store and it was wonderful!

This popcorn is delicious! I bought a bag of Carmel and another bag of cheese. By the next morning it was stale. I was so disappointed because I wasted the money for it. I went back and told them about it and they said that the bags are for immediate consumption and are not meant to be saved. The Tins are meant to last for two weeks so I bought two small ones bring the popcorn back home to my family. But that is not written when you go to the store so I had no idea and wasted money so beware of this. Don't buy more than you can eat within a few hours. It won't make it through the night.

If you're in Chicago, you've got to have some of Garrett's popcorn. This particular shop wasn't very busy when I visited and the popcorn was a little bit stale. I would go to another Garrett Popcorn Shop if I'm in Chicago again. The service was good, but the popcorn was just fine.

Very bad service I kept asking a question and kept getting ignored by the person at the register. It wasn't until another person arrived from the back to answer my questions. This bad service attitude seems to be a pattern on all the Garrett's the one at stage corner in state street has the same problems.
