Brisket just the way I like it

I remember the first time I went to Brio, and my family and I keep returning there because the food, service, and atmosphere are inviting. I tend to order the same thing pretty much every time, but I am never disappointed.

If there's anything to complain about, it is how busy it is and how long the wait is, sometimes even with a reservation. It also tends to be pretty loud.

They have great flavored iced teas and freshly baked bread. I really miss their frozen chocolate custard dessert. It was really good. I like their mini dessert samplers.

Brio is by far my favorite restaurant in Easton. The dining area is a sight to see. They have drapes falling from the middle of a 50 ft ceiling to each of the four main walls. Every dish Ive had there I loved. My girlfriend who doesn't even like Italian food enjoyed the evening there.The service could be better, but is more than good enough. They will cook to order, and will make almost anything you want. They have a large selection on their menu.

Although Brio isn't anything AMAZING, it defenitely fulfills my tastebuds. They have a large menu, and their food is always delicious. Their service is also great too, I've never come across an unfriendly waiter there. I always go there with my girlfriends, and it's always a fun time. The meal portions are large (which I don't mind) because it lets me take home some of the delicious food! I would reccomend Brio!
