We came in late before closing and the host graciously accomadated us. The chef was funny and awesome food. The food is great!The portion were huge.. And to defend the place there is no yum yum sauce at a Japanese place.. Go to a Thia restaurant...Know your food and the culture and customs and you'll understand that the host was not rude but just want to serve you.??? She is quick to serve and gets to the point.

Great food, great show! We went to Fuji for hibachi last night and were very impressed. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice. The music was modern pop and not too loud. The decorations were nice and not overwhelming at all. I think it must be under new management because the reviews below don't match our experience at all. When it came to the food, we were also very pleased! The hibachi show was different and impressive. The portions of rice, vegetables, and meat were large and everything was delicious. We both ordered the beef, medium rare and were thrilled with how tender and flavorful it was. We were also very impressed with the service. The waitresses were attentive and very kind. Fuji was definitely a hit and we're excited to return!

An Amazing Expierence! Chefs are all very skilled and put on a great show! The steak is extremely tender and juicy and the soup is to die for! Sushi is also very good and is my go to. The service is very good and the waitress is very nice. My favorite is the Ny Strip try it! BEST STEAK ON THE PLANET!

Never knew they were open for lunch....not a big sushi fan so we had steak hibachi. Awesome! I'll get child's portion next time; so much food. Best food I've ever had :-) We'll be back...........

Sushi was only marginally better than what you'd get from Central market...At best.Got the salmon sushi and rainbow roll. Both tasted dull and fishy with a not so great after taste. Environment was really nice though.

I should have known when I walked in and it was empty on a Saturday evening that something was wrong. A lady that works there was so rude when I was wanting to place my order. No warm welcome and she wasn't polite at all. I requested yum yum sauce with my to go order and she replied, - We don't have yum yum sauce! All white people ask for that and we don't even know what that is!- (I'm black so I don't even know why that was relevant) Didn't even want to even give the food a chance because the customer service was so awful. Maybe you guys would get more business if you weren't so rude.

If I could give this place no stars I would! Went in for lunch with my mom and just wanted sushi, no hibachi. We sat in the far back corner of the restaurant, it was very dimly lit, and there was only 1 other table there. The restaurant was insanely hot like the AC didn't work! I ordered a glass of plum wine which was room temperature so I drank very little of it. My mom ordered a sweet tea only to find out they only have unsweetened tea. She asked for a hot green tea and was told it is very bitter and they do not have honey or lemons (which may have been for the better considering how hot the restaurant was.) Our miso soup came and it was good, bit that's kind of hard to mess up. Shortly after our sushi came. We ordered salmon and yellowtail sashimi and then a Fuji roll. Their roll selection was very limited. When our sashimi came out we ate that first. The yellowtail tasted alright but both were warm and not sushi grade. The rice wasn't sticky at all and kept falling apart and the salmon was also lack luster. The ginger was also room temperature and had the worst flavor while the wasabi had no flavor whatsoever. Our roll was supposed to have yellowtail, salmon, and crab wrapped in cucumber. It never indicated there was no rice on this roll. There was so much cucumber in this roll you couldn't taste the fish at all. Once we tried it, we decided we had enough, one piece was all it took for us to make up our minds that there was no way we could stomach that slop! Worst experience EVER at a sushi/hibachi restaurant and we still can't get the nasty taste of that roll out of our mouths!

The worst service I have had since living in DFW, portion were ridiculously small. Manager was rude did not even listen to my concern with paying such outlandish prices for very small amounts of food. Cleanliness was bad, glasses were dirty and you are expected to pay a fifty percent markup just to share the little amount you get with another person.

This has got to be the worst service of all time. Very slow, owner is always looking at the Internet. We had finished eating and had paid our bill and we were just sitting and chatting. I guess it was the end of lunch time, not because she came and told us, but because she turned off the lights and walked to the back. These people have NO tact. Won't be going back. Food is decent.

We were eating at the bbq place across the parking lot the night before and found this place. I am so sorry we did. I think it was the worst place I have been in. I traveled for 8 years and never had this. To start we went in to the Susie bar and sat for 30 min before the Su chef came out. He never said hello and would not look at us. The waitress took another 15 min to ask us for a drinks and took another 15 min to get them. Ride this out. So we finally got to place an order. Well I ordered 3 types and my wife and daughter ordered one each. Twenty min later mine comes out, all three and none for the wife and daughter. They had to wait another twenty min. Well the tuna stunk on my susie, my daughter had shrimp and that stunk! and the same for my wife. I do not think the Salmon or Tuna is a Susie grade so I think it is cheap fish from the local market. My wife and I flew home the next day and not feeling well and spent the next two days at home not feeling well. I would not let my dog eat in this place for Susie. Maybe the grill is ok due to cooking. Nasty. They need to close the Susie bar. Also the Cheif or whatever and the waitress were so very Rude! If you do eat here then all I can say is good luck.
