Food is really good! We got the spring rolls which were amazing. We also tried the chicken hibachi, portion size was good and it was yummy! And of course we tried the sushi which was really good and very reasonably priced. So glad to have this restaurant here in town! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I've been coming here since before they opened this location. I absolutely love the food, service and that its near where I live. I enjoy the blossom tea. I actually had lots of good sushi rolls with this meal but I didn't take any pictures of them. Just video and I don't think you can share videos. Either way it's good place, fair price and decent selection.

Best sushi I've had and quick service, the staff really cares about you and your experience there. The vibe there is friendly and home-like. I love the booths and the decorations.

Lovely family owned restaurant! Beautiful and delicious food, friendly and attentive service. This is our favorite spot in town to go out to eat, I've tried a variety of things off the menu and haven't found anything I don't like. The staff is very helpful if you have food sensitivities as well.If you pop in for take out, you can get that pretty quickly too.

Located right downtown Fort Atkinson. 99 Shushi is very easy to find. We went today and was very pleased. We ordered the Tuna Titaki, Sweetheart Roll, and the Las Vegas roll along with mushroom soup. The restaurant was very casual and lighted well with an abundant amount of seating. Parking and wheel chair accessible entrance.They have a pretty good selection of sushi rolls, appetizers, soups, among other things on the menu.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can order adult beverages with your meal.If you like sushi then this place is worth a look.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. Pleasantly surprised. It lacked some of the typical Japanese ambience eg dimly lit, bamboo covered booths, tassels and red everywhere with servers in kimono's, but it was well lit and nice to see what we were eating. The soup and sushi was great and very nicely presented. The background music was 70's and 80's pop hits, no commercials and I personally thoroughly enjoyed it. Wait staff were pleasant and prompt with drinks refills. Essentially, this is a restaurant that sells Japanese food, but doesn't pretend to be -Japan in downtown Fort Atkinson- and I thought it worked well. The fact that they were almost full also tells me it works for others. As we drove home, my wife was in full agreement. We'll be back!

Great little place with a fantastic owner. When I first started going there, the atmosphere was a little plain, but she has gradually been upgrading. Not the most extensive menu of fish, but has the basics and a lot of roll options. Wait staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Wow! Excellent sushi! We had the Las Vegas roll, California roll and Philly roll. So tasty! My daughter also had the edamame. Not too bad. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the cocktail prices were different than the prices listed on the menu. I was expecting $4.99 and it was $6.99 on the bill. Not a huge difference and, yes, I thought $4.99 was pretty cheap, but the menu should be updated. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to make a scene. We will definitely go back.
