I love their chicken sausages and their precooked bacon.

Wrote an email to the company about a concern with one of their products and they immediately took action to fix it and compensated me for the money I had spent on the product. Was thoroughly impressed by their concern and desire to please their customers.

I have a story so stay with me here: In February I flew solo with my 2year old & 6mo old baby. I had a layover in Vegas while heading to Wisconsin. There at the terminal I met 3 amazing women on a work trip. While others looked at me while I struggled. These women helped me throw away diapers, checked in on my kids & I on the plane, once we got off the plane helped me push the stroller, chase after my 2 year old and grab my luggage. I am in tears just thinking about them now. Sure enough these women worked for Jones. Not only does Jones Diary Farm make quality products they employee quality, caring people. That is hard to find. I have shared this story with many people, so I figured why not share on Google. Jones has my family's business for life.

Always good to me unloading. Today got in 3 hrs b4 appointment time. Friendly people and fast service. Lots of room for trucks and overnight parking is available also.

Nice place. Above friendly people. 40 acres to turn a truck around. Small packaging facility. Walking trail in front. 1 block to there own store. Very Truck friendly people.

Amazing people! This is my second time here, 5 minutes done with everything! I was 1 time before appointment with 1.5 hours and they unloaded me right away, second time I was late with 3-4 hours ( shipping problems) and they was nice with me! Thank you guys!+

Had a delivery here, pretty smooth process, tons of room to maneuver to dock, friendly people, fairly quick to unload. Would've been 5 stars if there was a restroom for drivers.

Picked up a load with a 5:30 pm pickup time. Got there 10 minutes early, checked in with the guard who was nice and professional. Put in a staging area and unfortunately had to wait 2 hours until I finally got in a door. Plenty of room to backup. At this point the loading took an hour but then had to go to another door for more product. Finally finished and given paperwork at 9 pm. The guy was apologetic about the long wait and said they were real busy. Hope next time they can handle things quicker than 3.5 hours.

What happened to the precooked sausage patties? They're terrible now, have no flavor and taste like old pork. I have been buying two ten pound boxes of them every couple months for two years now. The recent two ten pound boxes I bought the beginning of March of 2022. Up until then all precooked sausage patties have been outstanding! I hope you go back to the original quality of this product soon or you will loose my business.

Their fully cooked sausage patties are awful. Purchased at gordon food service in fort gratiot, mi. I wouldn't feed them to my dog. Threw them in the garbage. GROSS!!!!
