Food was alright but prices ran a bit high. Still, not many food options at the Highlands and this place won't dissapoint.

OverpricedMy wife's burger was great, my sloppy joe not so much - if you list three meats, I expect three individuals meats, and not minced together (pointless). My daughter was not impressed with her lunch either.

We have been three times and the food is always cold. The kitchen and dining area are on two separate floors. Someone brings the food downstairs and leaves it on a tray stand for the server to bring to the table. Not a smart solution to the separate floors issue. We will not be wasting our time and money again.

Could be a very nice place if only had proper management. Staff is not knowledgeable about food, sauces, or their computer system. If that place has down to earth prices it would be understandable, however, with thei high point prices there is no excuse to have that kind of service. Basically, their using their location and nearly distracted mansion as an excuse to charge fortune for below mediocre expertise in whatever its offered. Hopefully it'll change for better in near future

The Slopeside Lounge is an experiment in how much a restaurant can charge customers compared to how little they can serve them. This is especially evident with the Caesar salad. Whoever decided on the ingredient portions and recipe build for the caesar should have their head checked. At a price of $25 for a salad with chicken, the lettuce should be cut, and the dressing, crouton, and chicken portions doubled. This shouldn't be a build your own situation where I'm provided the bare minimum to classify as a salad and need to ask for the rest of the ingredients. I cannot overstate how disappointing the salad was. Novel idea for the chef, try your food as if you were going going to order it before putting on the menu.
