CiCi's Pizza Buffet Coupons

The Harlingen Cici’s Pizza location is great! It’s a very clean restaurant with professional and very inviting & kind employees.We purchased two adult buffets and were very satisfied.The buffet serves salad & dressing, soup, pasta, marinara & Alfredo sauce, pizza, brownies, cinnamon rolls, and apple strudel pizza. You can make special request for personal pizzas, which is also included in the buffet!They also sell pizza & wings to-go and soft drinks (Coke products.)We have also ordered their wings before and they are delicious!I definitely will go back next year when I am in town!

First time I tried their wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Everything we ate was delicious...soup, salad, pizza, & wings. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was courteous. Definitely coming back when we are in the Harlingen area.

A quick update on our visit:We experienced GREAT service after 15yrs of not stepping foot into this establishment. The food was hot , fresh, and the staff was helpful, courteous and very welcoming. There were many pizza options available and personal made pizzas were readily available to order. The evening staff today (08.22.22) was very helpful, on standby to answer any questions we had. A special shout out to Sonny and Ramiro for giving great customer service with each and every customer who walked in and out the door. My recommendation with Ramiro's experience through a quick conversation as he cleaned our table, should be on the training team if not already.All the best,Nikki Aceves

The only complaint I have about this location is that they need to cook the pizzas a little longer. I prefer crispy crust. On certain nights (Halloween night specifically) it can get very busy and the cooks try their best to keep up. Sometimes customers are having to wait because there is literally no food available. So, load up when you get the chance!

Price is great. I think the pizza is good, and the cinnamon rools+brownies are great (if they have them). I don't eat salads so I can't give my opinion on that, but the pasta is fine, and having a bit of extra marinara sauce on the side is nice. The customer service is good sometimes, if not understaffed. I also wish they'd keep the music on the oldies station, but that's personal.

Its definitely gone downhill over the years. I hadn't been there in many years and it seems I haven't missed much. The establishment is rundown. There were broken chairs and the paint was coming off the walls. The pizza was perfect, all other food options were subpar to be honest. CiCi's is definitely in need of an overhaul.

So I hadn't gone in over 2 years due to the pandemic...and to say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. No one acknowledged that we came in like before with the "Hi!! Welcome to Cicis!" greeting, even though there was a girl at the register. Then instead of taking our order, she just walks away to do something else. She eventually came back and took out order and was courteous, but not friendly. But I guess that's to be expected sometimes so I didn't say or think anything of it. When I went to get my food there was only like 3 options of pizza (usually there's more), only 1 of which I can eat (vegetarian here & no spinach pizza at all today) but I got my salad and a slice of cheese pizza(no pasta either only sauce). There was only 1 dessert available and it was hella cold. I really wanted to try the one that's for a limited time, but it wasn't available at that time. We decided to go to the little arcade room they have...and lo and behold hardly any of the games we're working, one even ate my tokens???????????. Out of 8 or so games I believe 3 were working. So yea I was kinda bummed ???? They eventually had the limited time dessert and it was pretty good.Vegetarian options: They only have salad, pasta, and the cheese pizza as vegetarian options. They usually have spinach pizza,but there wasn't any today. I believe the desserts are vegetarian friendly as well.Kid-friendliness: The arcade room is in desperate need of an update. The games are good games for kids to play and have fun with if they would actually be working. Only like 3 out of 8 or so games are working.Parking: Parking close to the restaurant is kinda hard since there are other businesses right next to the restaurant and they all compete for close parking.

Do not waste your money in this place. If I could give it a 0 star I would!! I went today (Dec 10,2022) It was a mess and it was disgusting! There was like 15 dirty tables. There was a mess in the floor. The counter to the salad was nasty and dirty. They took forever to take out the noodles for the soup. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. The pizza had no sauce, the brownies were undercooked. I took my kids and waisted over 50 dollars and to have not enjoyed our dinner. What a joke of a place. I spoke to the manager all he could say was I apologize we don't have enough people.

Very dissapointing. Not enough pizzas. I asked for peperoni. Never put out time we were there. Floor dirty.Area where you pick up pizza not clean messy. Workers messing around like they didn't care.Never again. Plus we were from out of town. Once lived in Hgn. and wasn't this bad.Food: 2/5  |  Service: 1/5  |  Atmosphere: 1/5

Today we went to eat there for dinner. What happened always enjoyed eating there what happened to the management? What happened to good service? What happened to a clean place to eat? What happened to the heat food? Dirty dishes everywhere not cleaning the tables o salad no pizza no soup no bread sticks orders were more the 45 min and at the time not many customers. Bad attitudes with the employees. Lots of complaints. WHAT HAPPENED GUY???
