Waitress was attentive and food was excellent. This was our first time eating here, overall had a great experience.

Pizza was really good, fairly priced for different type of flavors/style than the usual. The carrots cake was delicious!! Thank you Crystal for turning our first time experience around! ,

It was my girlfriends first time here and Linda was a nice and helpful waitress. My girlfriend ordered the baked ziti with Alfredo sauce and it was amazing. I had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. So good. We will definitely be back again.

Usually order a entire pie but today got a giant slice, pepperoni. Awesome. But the bottom crust should be less spongy and cooked more to achieve a real NYC slice!!!!!

Despite the new cheese sticks which arent as yummy as the old ones, the fresh bread and oil is amazing. Crystal suggested a dish when my son and I were a little stuck on what to eat, and her suggestion sounded amazing. Crystal is a great lady with fun attitude and an easy laugh. Made for a relaxed and enjoyable night out. Thank you!

First time here and we loved it!!!Staff is friendly and attentive, we got there at a good time because we got seated right away. The menu wasn't extensive but the food was great! The complimentary bread and dipping sauce was delicious! The hubby and and the kids had pizza and I wanted to try the Calzone so I could compare to the ones from Pizzeria...and let ne just tell you its waaaaaay better!!! The bread was soft and not as thick as the one from Pizzeria and the filling is actually from one side to the other rather than right in the middle. The hubs and the kids loved the pizza, they said it wasn't as greasy and thin as the pizzeria. Overall it was a great experience we will definitely be coming back again!

Excellent service delicious pizza our server name was Scott. I named him Supper Sonic Scott he was fast and friendly.

We went into Russo's just for appetizers & dessert, we had the salata caprese it was very fresh & pleasant appetizer, Sam our waiter was very attentive and answered our questions quickly, he was very courteous & made sure our drinks were always refilled, the atmosphere is so down to earth, our dessert's were excellent loved the cheesecake !

We would go often but I don't think we'll go back. Waitress and the manager were nice but the restaurant was empty and they brought my daughters food then my husband's food 10 minutes later and then came to me like 5 minutes later and told me they didn't have the item to make my food, to choose something else. So I do. Well my family was done eating when mine came and looked gross and was almost $20 and had this one tiny piece of overcooked chicken. Chicken Piccata should not be brown in color. I refused the order and we paid for the other meals and left.Something was off. The odd service with food at all different times, out of an item that is the main ingredient of multiple dishes and the bathrooms were not that clean and instead of paper towels they had the same napkins they have at the table shoved in the paper towel dispenser.
