Extremely good service, the morcillas appetizers are the best they are so good they actually remind me of Puerto Rico the morcillas are a comfort food there. I totally recommend you get some here at the rincan Vallenato. It had a great atmosphere and good music. The churrasco was to die for can't hardly wait till they open the full menu. The limited menu was amazing can't imagine the full menu.La comida esta¡ buena­sima las morcillas son muy buenas las mejores en Houston hasta ahora buen ambiente y buena maºsica el lugar queda super recomendado.

This place is great! Amazing vibes and the servers/bartenders were all very friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of Latin food and Caldo de Res is amazing!

The staff was fantastic. The food was great. The facility was very aesthetically pleasing. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. (The hand soap smelled amazing. Which I'll admit might be irrelevant to most. But I feel like it says something about the management to consider the small things).End of review.What follows is a commentary on the abuse due to ignorance of the 0-5 star rating system.I truly don't understand the 3.9 rating for this business unless:Let me be direct on this.If you're the kind of person that gives a maximum 4 star rating on most (49%+) reviews then:You need to understand how the 0-5 star system works.In this respect you're a user, a lay person.Not a professor rating a doctoral thesis. Not a professional inspector.Less than 5 stars means that something of note was wrong.And as such, by definition, you're obligated to specify what exactly it was that was so wrong that your overall experience was only four fifths of what you were expecting. Or 20% below typical andor advertised expectations.For example: If you pay for a 12 pack of Coke and then find out that 11 out of the 12 are perfect. But the 12th one is empty. Then that's a 4.583 'star' pack of Cokes.And mathematically:<= 4.4999 stars = a 4 star rating.But >=4.4999 stars = a 5 star rating.So in this case a rating of less than 5 stars for only getting 11 out of the 12 Cokes you paid for is either dishonest or wildly/dangerously ignorant..To further clarify the basic logic: To qualify for a 4 star review you would've had to have received less than 9 full and more than 3 empty Cokes... Imagine that for a minute...Consider a worst case scenario:Put yourself in the shoes of a person that opened a business due to a life long dream.And then imagine that they provide, perfectly, the service or thing they promised.But then they only get an 80% review (4 of 5 stars) aka they... Really enjoyed the staff. I liked that is family friendly but couples can go and have some fun dancing .. Recommend for a date night with your significant other. The only thing I would say is restrooms could be cleaner.

All of our eggs for 6 of us were over cooked and sent back. The waitress was extremely apologetic and said they had a cook in training and discounted our meals which remedied the issue.Other than that the food was amazing and so was the experience

This is a very nice place, but a little pricey! The service was not all that great. I asked the waitress twice for a particular drink and she said, they didn't have it and as we were checking out the place, we saw lots of it in a big walk-in cooler. I had to show her what I wanted!! Also, we ended up leaving her double tip because she did not mention that she had already included the tip on our check!! Not cool at all!! We might go back. We didn't stay long enough to see the live music or DJ.

My first time there and I wasn't really impressed. I left disappointed wishing I would've gone somewhere else or just stayed at home. Had to ask twice to put a game on and they didn't even know what channel # it was on I would've figured they had a sports channel list written down at least. Why call it a sports bar if you can't even get that right. Food was pricey and staff couldve been friendlier especially since it wasn't busy.

Horrible Service From the moment we arrived we had a party of 8. The waitress (Rocio)ignored most of the us she only took 3 orders and ignored everyone else we had to call her back multiple times to take the rest of the meals and drink orders which made all of us eat at different times. to make things worst we ordered Oysters and when she picked up the platter she spilled all the water from the Oyster on my wife. she did not apologize or helped clean her up she left right away...when we turned to look to see if they were bringing more napkins we saw her sitting in a table behind us talking to her fellow waitresses, ignoring the fact of what she did with no remorse or care. when we brought it up to the manager she did not even ask what happened or try to resolve the issue either this place is ghetto I do not recommend anyone to come here. and they had the audacity to still add the tip. they have no shame
