Visited this location during thanks giving day and the staff dealt with the long line of hungry customers extremely professionaly and accurately! Great job!

Good customer service, friendly staff and this place is nice and clean. Whether to-go or eat-in, the experience is always wonderful.

In my experience the guy who served was rude, when I tried asking him a question he heard but he snapped at me…didn’t understand what he said but he walked away. My food fell apart, poor quality and poor service. I will not recommend this place.

Would be nice if they stayed open until the time they advertised... Got there 10 minutes after 6 and saw a few people trying to get in but they were already closed when it clearly shows 7pm... Not good for business, especially when you get out of towners ...

We bought the 10 PC bucket with 3 large sides . we got 10 pieces one large corn and two tiny potato salad and gravy . The fries where cold we got no napkins or cutlery . Never going back to Huntsville KFC until new management .

The times that I have went to KFC Huntsville the 14 piece bucket only had 2 pieces of white meat 6 wings and 4 legs and 2 thighs plus they didn’t have potato salad. The salad I got was coleslaw and it was sour. If you go there at 6:30 they practically have nothing. The hours they keep in the summer is crazy they are closed by 7. The staff have no idea about the specials or if there is one.

The gravy wasnt kfc it tasted like canned, fries not even warm. Ive been going to this store for years, this last year or 2 (shame on me i keep hoping it gets better) the food has gotten horrible. I think a management company has ruined kfc forever. This was my last trip. Anyone know where the closest popeyes is?

Customer service? Not in Huntsville. NO MANNERS... NO RECEIPT. FRIES COLD AND SO GROSS THEY WERE INEDIBLE. CHICKEN AND FRIES SITTING READY TO BE THROWN OUT. What happened to the owners before these RUDE GRABBY PEOPLE TOOK OVER. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

People and customer service were nice. Service was absolutely SLOW and there was no point of ordering online and picking up. You literally still had to stand in line, mix with ppl who want to order in store + with ppl who ordered already online and it was absolutely disorganized. By the time it was your turn, from my experience, I said for pick up and they literally start cooking or prepping your order which adds to another 15 - 20 mins. So in general I waited almost 45 - 1 hour for my meal :/ so ridiculous. I asked the cashier if there were two separate lines and she said you can stand anywhere LOL shows how much you care about ppl who want to come in for a quick meal.
