I love the Nespresso Coffees and Espressos. They have a delicious crema on the top that adds a nice texture and flavor. Here you can try any of their coffees or espressos and they have an assortment of desserts and cafe type foods that you can order to accompany it. I know they are just using it as a tool to sell their machines, but I would not be sad to see more of these Boutique cafes pop up around Los Angeles

This is our first stop every year when visiting the Nespresso Boutique. Food and service is always good! Can have a bit of a wait, especially on the weekends but worth it and can’t beat the prices. Will continue to return each year.

Excellent Service and Food! They were so busy but handle it so well. It moves fast. The French toast has a pretty heavy cinnamon flavor, but the sausage and gravy over biscuits needs a little flavor. Otherwise, it’s just perfect.

Helpful staff and easily accessible. If you need to use the elevator instead of the escalator (location is 3rd floor), be aware the elevator is small and takes a long time.

Very rude people and very poor costumer service.I was purchasing my favorite espresso and asked they guy about new flavors, he had a very bad attitude because I asked to taste the new flavor!!!!!!!!!!!I am very disappointed because in my first purchase from Nespresso, people in same position made me fall in love with this coffee and get ride of my breville.
