KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken Coupons

I am just letting everyone know what a fantastic store this is!!! The manager Franklin Omar Galdamez is the most compassionate and helpful person!!! My co-worker's husband had passed away and the funeral services were Saturday. I was unable to make the services due to being out of town and we wanted to contribute by not being able to be there, so we thought we would order chicken and have it delivered. Three hours of trying to find someone who would do it was a very difficult task, DoorDash & GrubHub would not take the order due to it being so large. I then went to KFC website to order and it took my order and then canceled due to the amount of chicken. I called the corporate office and they connected me with the Manassas location. Franklin went above and beyond to help me with the matter. He took the order and made sure that it was delivered to the proper location by the time it was needed and he never broke a sweat! He did not charge me for the delivery and that was amazing for him to do. Please keep in mind if you communicate with people honestly all things can be worked out. Let's be real...this KFC/ Taco Bell is one of the best in the DMV...strips actually have some size and aren't overcooked...says a lot for KFC considering many have hit the tanks...the Taco Bell side does their thing and doesn't disappoint! All in all always happy at this location! Service gives juuust enough side eye ???? to make you crack a smile ????

Don’t feel bad holding up the line to check you have EVERYTHING because they will 100 percent forget something. At which point you will have to sit through the entire drive through again to retrieve it. You can’t go inside and the drive through is always backed up.

Restaurant had NO grilled chicken.Ordered full wings, regular. Received mini wings spicy!! No receipt. Didn’t discover error until we got home. Was NOT going back.Dine in: No

I didn't give me what I orderd. Like is that hard to place a number one in the box with the right side. They gave me the opposite of what I ordered.. plus no plastic where or nothing. Smh don't make any sense like they did it on purpose... Want be back

Horrible experience, will never order at this location again. Get a new manager! We have pictures of what we received VS. what we ordered. They just threw whatever In the bag. We called to speak to management next day and told them we have the pictures and receipt. It’s obvious it’s not what we ordered. Chicken strips instead of wings, Mac instead of corn, strips in the chicken sandwich, wrong drink. Ridiculous. Manager then implied we wanted free food and refused to give us his name so we can report him after insulting us. We get paid very well In our careers buddy (not jobs), steal food from KFC? ???? lmao. We only ate some because we were hungry! It was midnight or maybe later. But plenty of food was left over in the trash! It’s the principle, we didn’t get what we ordered and paid for. Don’t like your job guy???? Quit!

Didnt give me part of my order, didnt give me a receipt, wont answer the phone, still managed to charge me full price for everything though, even the things i didnt get.After driving back to kfc they answers the phone while i was in line since that is tye only way to talk to someone. I was assured being charged for food that i was not given is not theft. I told they dobt answer the phones because they are busy. Yeah.. i know this is my second time in line . Glad you are getting paid, i am not... but i did get to waste more time and money coming back.My food was brought out and tossed at me without a word.Amazing experience... i will be sure to come back if i ever want the worst service on earth.

Regular customer here, usually receive good service, until yesterday. Ordered 4 piece chicken strip combo. Chicken was tough and overcooked, barely eatable. No receipt, no cookie, no utensils, no napkins, no barbecue sauce. Tried calling the store, no one answered.
