    I rarely post reviews, but I honestly can't figure out why Manuel's has gotten such wonderful reviews- I found the food to be quite average, and the hotsauce/salsa almost tasteless. There are just far more superior Mexican Restaurants in this area! While Manuel's is just way too small, I found the most offensive thing about this place to be a tip jar for the cooks - I've never seen that before, and was a little shocked by that. I'm used to generously tipping the waitstaff, but not everyone else
