Had a great meal with terrific server, Jason. Hadn't been in some time so therefore quite surprised to see individuals come in sometimes shoddy attire in to a better than average eating establishment. Suppose it's the world we know today. Brian was an excellent bartender! He made awesome drinks along with being so pleasant to speak with. Additionally, our food was delicious and he made sure we had everything we needed! It is evident that Brian is a vital part of Carrabbas running smoothly. He is charming with a charismatic personality. I will definitely be returning to this location to see what other beverages and food Brian would recommend. Lastly, his charm and wit go a long way in wanting to stay longer and drink a little more. Thanks so much for the great dine in experience! :)

First visit. Nice restaurant, Mobile, Alabama's hidden secret... Nice waitress, nice atmosphere, nice food, enjoyed my Church family our fellowship. I ordered the grilled Salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Was also included delicious Italian bread with the meal, really good too. I'm looking forward to returning for more????

If you like Olive Garden, you will LOVE this place. The bread is so soft and warm and the oil they give you with it, be careful. I could literally eat just that. The trio dip for the bread was outstanding. The Alfredo sauce tastes like actual homemade Alfredo. The mozzarella sticks, straight fire. The house salad… omg I cannot express how good the salad was. I got the chicken Parmesan with pene as my side and that was not very good. The chicken was thin and so it was kinda dry and the pasta was undercooked and cold but I really didn’t care because I was so full from everything else. Overall pretty great experience! Staff and service were nice as well.

We were seated in a booth directly in front of the kitchen. It felt like we were on set for a production of Hell's Kitchen. We could hear the kitchen staff getting yelled at and chastised the entire time we were there. The manager walked from table to table introducing himself with the same rehearsed speech to each guest. It did not come across as genuine.The food was okay. The chicken in the soup was a bit tough, but the sup was flavorful. The grilled pork chops were also a little bit tough. The mashed potatoes were delicious, and the sauteed spinach was good.

Normally a pretty good place to eat but tonight, not so much the last few times we've been to this location the food and service has gotten progressively worse. I'm not sure what's up with this location lately. Had long service times and my entree was wrong. Ordered a ribeye and got a sirloin. I could understand if the place was busy but there was only four occupied tables in our section and one was with a different server. Our server was Nicole hopefully she gets in a better grove tonight.

Honestly the food was good. Just the to go person said it was 26.66 for the food so I gave her 30$ I waited for my change and she said she assumed I didn’t want my change. And I agreed thinking it was only 3$ and I work in the food industry and I didn’t think much of it. Just to find out my food was actually only 20.66 and I gave her a 10$ tip?! It sound petty but it just feels like I was haggled out of my money. I won’t be coming back…

First, just want to disclose that the *service was good, the waitress was attentive and did everything correctly (hence the two stars instead of zero). The food, however, was terrible. It literally tasted like a salt lick. There was so much salt in it our mouths were actually blistering from it. Cannot recommend.

My family's experience last night was horrific. The first indicator that we should have just left was when the order was incorrect and we even had to run the server down for straws, which were nonchalantly just thrown on the table. As we sat there waiting for our food we watched as other tables received theirs, finished and received dessert. The server didn't come back, but she was bubbly with everyone around us. When we received our food the meals were misplaced and she didn't even notice the empty glasses on the table. We instead had to ask her for refills. At this point we'd pretty much lost our appetites, so we requested carry out boxes, which were thrown on the table. This was a saddening experience to say the least. Our first visit is what made us want to come back, but this experience has definitely cemented never returning. I have never experienced anything like this and this has ruined my view of this establishment.
