THE FOOD HERE IS DELICIOUS. EVERYTHING IN HERE IS COOKED TO PERFECTION. ALL OF THE SEAFOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALSO WANDERFUL. THE WAITRESS MADE MY GUESS AND I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY NICE SOUTHER HOSPITALITY. THE ATOMSPHERE HERE WAS REAL FRIENDLY AND DOWN TO EARTH.

Very Dissapointing. This place was so far off the mark... I really just wanted something convenient. We spent the day at Universal Studios and wanted to sit and have a decent dinner before we started on a long drive up north. Steak sounded good, so, we thought we'd give this place a try. First of all, the dining room was full. That's fine, they had a large semi-outdoor bar seating area. It was evening and a little cool, so, we requested something close to the interior. The Hostess said she'd seat us, and that it shouldn't be too cold or windy, and if it was, she'd promptly seat us somewhere else... We were seated in what was essentially a cold windtunnel... We waited for quite some time for her to return to request another seat... Nobody came... we waited... nobody came... finally, I got up, went to the Maitre' D podium and made my request... She said no problem and dissapeared... We went back to our table and waited... and waited... and waited... I got up again and asked another host about changing tables... He said no problem. He met me back at the table just as the waiter showed up. The waiter promptly left, thinking we were going to be moved... We waited... and waited... and waited... Finally, I went back up to the podium again, and the host said he'd put a propane heater up. Eventually someone showed up and lit the heater... Now, we just need a waiter... We waited... and waited... and waited... The waiter finally came and took our orders. I ordered a porterhouse, medium rare... It came out grey and dry with an off flavor... I told the waiter that it was overcooked, and he said it looked fine to him... All of the food was mediocre at best... Finally, after 2 hours invested in this meal ($160 total for 2 adults and 4 kids), we hit the road, tired and dissatisfied. ALL of the staff was young and unprofessional. You got the idea that they were fresh out of high school and just waiting tables until they figured out what they wanted to do with themselves... I would definately not recommend this place. Other than mechanical bulls at the entrance, and proximity to Universal Studios, it has NOTHING going for it.
