Really great west village craft cocktail bar and eatery. It's a tiny place, but very comfortable. The food is down to earth and fantastic. After eating the burger, I could have ordered another one it was so good. Treat yourself to a dry martini and some oysters too. The only thing lacking was the red wine by the glass selection, only 3, but everything else was amazing. Check it out!

I only had a glass of rose but it was delicious. The Waiter was lovely and kind. The people eating looked like they were enjoying the food. Nice buzz. Cozy setting.

Had the Fedora Burger, which was delicious--a unique flavorin--though a bit small. The fries didn't come with the burger and were expensive for fries, but I have never tasted seasoning like that on fries before. This place has a great atmosphere and service, with even better food. Worth the price.

Great spot for cocktails, and one of the better spots in the City for a Bloody Mary. They even make a Green (Bay) one out of tomatillo!

The burger is to die for. 100% going back just for the burger. We went around 12 on a Sunday, and were seated after only 20min of waiting. You can stand near the bar and get a drink while you’re waiting. Highly recommend getting a Bloody Mary!

I asked Google for Best Bloody Marys by me and this place came up. Google was not wrong! I had about 3. And they were delicious. One was green so I figure I got my daily supply of vegetables in by drinking it. Also, great service and conversation!

Cliff notes version: Get the burgerActual review: I decided it would be a good idea to do a burger and beer crawl in the village. So I went with Bar Sardine, Corner Bistro and Minetta Tavern. Bar Sardine was the first stop on the list, having never been but hearing of the infamous Fedora burger. I ordered a beer and the burger obviously :) Although it does not take skill to pour a can of beer in a glass, it was apparent the bartender was very skilled as he was able to concoct a coffee flavored drink for a customer from scratch using his own recipe. Maybe next time I’ll try an actual cocktail. Moving on...The atmosphere is cozy and the decor is classy, for those who care about that stuff. I was there solely for the burger tho. The Fedora burger itself...I would give it a solid 7.8. It’s definitely messy (which I like), was flavored well and most of the toppings went well together. I personally would remove the red onion since it already has fried onions which are always better in my opinion. The flattened bun which I didn’t think I would have an issue was a little lacking, making me miss a normal bun. Otherwise, it’s a burger I would happily eat any day of the week.

Nice place with decent food. Nothing to die for but is well served. Place looks nice, not a great selection of beer but a lot of wines by the glass options. Burger was good but not special. A little to loud but that something you can expect from a bar like this.

Found this place on FriendsEAT and was more than impressed!!Service - staff is very attentive, friendly, and professionalPrice - not too shabby. Didn’t get any finger food but a glass of red wine $14, a glass of sparkling wine $15, and a bottle of cider $15Ambience - amazing! Music is upbeat but not too annoying. I absolutely loved the atmosphere here because you can still have quiet conversations and be heard

Very small but busy bar cafe in the West Village. Bartender was great as was the “Fedora burger” which ironically is not available at its namesake next door. The burger has a pleasant texture and was cooked just right. The bartender said the chef recommended medium rare but I requested medium. To my delight it came out just as I had ordered. You can choose various cocktails and some very good wine to wash it down. They also had oysters. Happy atmosphere with a not so cheap tab but hey it’s NYC. I will return.
