Ainsley's Cafe Coupons

On our way out to Brown County Indiana where we normally stay, we stopped at Ainsley's for a nice dinner since we had never been and were kid free. Jennifer was our server and she couldn't have been better. I was a salary manager at a casual dining restaurant for 10 years and I would have done anything to keep servers like her! Would like to come again just to ask for her.Also the food was great, the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the menu was very affordable. We had fried fish dinner, a steak sandwich, and nachos to start.Very happy with our last minute decision to stop that day!

Avocado burger with fries hot and fresh with a rum punch on the lake with a sunny day. Service was good and the view was just what we needed to feel like we really went somewhere for a special lunch!

I have wanted to get to Ainsley's for the longest time. Unfortunately with the arrival of covid, there was one more excuse not to be able to go. Finally, we thought of it the other night, fortunately 2 weeks before they close for the season (April thru October). It was well worth the wait! This restaurant sits right on Brookville Lake Marina. Absolutely beautiful. We chose to eat on the screened-in patio, with the boats, woods and the lake our view. The staff were all very kind, and our waiter, Aaron, efficient, polite and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed one of the best vodka martinis I've ever had: up, dirty, and several olives! They know what they are doing here. Even the drive was beautiful, and very lovely and quite nautical the closer we got to the lake. I am from the Cleveland area and have been missing visits to Lake Erie, now 4 hours away. Being able to visit the Brookville Lake area, a mere 25 minutes away, will help alleviate that. I will frequent Ainsley's from now on, during the season. So glad we finally made it.

Pretty good service and pretty great food and a huge bonus is being on the water. This place seems to always be packed, which is a sign of a great business. You should plan to wait 40-60 minutes if you come any time on a weekend at all. That being said, the food is great. If they staffed a few more people, it would bring their service from fair to good. With it being on the water and serving 100s of people per hour, you really can't complain. We always come back!

Ainsley's is a casual lakeside restaurant where you can sit on a deck and enjoy the lake and boat life. The food is pretty good, with everything from burgers to fish, to prime rib. It's not upscale fine dining, but rather a good place to eat with a nice view. Cabins and gold are not far, but you definitely have to be aiming to go there, as it is fairly remote.

Great atmosphere great view of lake. But the food I had a breaded tenderloin and wife the pulled pork Ho-hum. Cole slaw from a jar. I just expected far more for $22/person for lunch.Our poor server was WAY over-worked she was trying to juggle far too many tables on multiple levels on the back deck she couldn't keep up. This restaurant is experiencing same difficulty as every restaurant lack of workers and trying to stay open with what they've got.Want a great view this is a great place. The food not so much.

You would think for a $25 ribeye it would be have way decent. It was not. I not sure if it was boiled or how they cooked it. Definitely not on a grill. No color or char makes. The meat didn't even taste like they took the time to season it. Would definitely recommend not ordering a steak here. The scenery was nice though.
