I’ve had tapas at a few places, and Sangria does it the best.
Keep in mind that this place gets really busy. It’s a good idea to call ahead before you come here.
Also keep in mind that it can get really expensive. Last time I dined here, it was $80 for two! If that’s not the sort of money you want to spend on a regular basis, I’d suggest only coming here on special occasions. It’s possible to spend a lot less, but the whole point of tapas is to order many different items and experience them all in a group setting. They do have menu items specifically designed for groups of four or more, which helps keep prices reasonable.
The food is absolutely amazing. Every single thing I’ve tried here has been perfect in every way. My favorite tapas plates are lobster and sweet sausage, fried squid, and fried bleu cheese. Sangria keeps their dishes in Spanish, but gives English explanations. Don’t worry about ordering something and not knowing what it is! You’ll know exactly what’s in the food you’re ordering.
The atmosphere is really great here. It’s swanky but not pretentious. There’s a variety of people and families that come here to dine. It’s really easy to fall in love with the place. Every aspect of this restaurant is just picture perfect. I’ve given them the highest ratings I’ve ever given a restaurant because of this!
