Delicious! Staff are lovely as well. Can be a bit pricey but the food is really fantastic. Took advantage of the 15th anniversary menu tonight, which was a great deal! (Everything on it is $15, and it included their top selling apps and entrees as well as bottles of wine and 2 for $15 cocktails)Dine in: Yes

The steak frites here are the best, hands down, this side of the Atlantic. Steaks cooked to perfection, fries that stay crispy through your meal, with an excellent choice of sauces. The French Onion soup is just the right, and the mussels were delightful. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and take in depth precautions against Covid, including strictly enforced temperature checks on arrival. A covered yet well ventilated outside patio is both spacious and comfortable, with sufficient heaters for each table. An excellent selection of French as well as domestic wines available both by the bottle and glass. The host, Ross, is delightful, as was our waiter, Mitch. Great experience!

I went there with my friend for my birthday and I LOVED the entire experience. The ambience, the details ( a personalized greeting card at the table signed by host, servers and staff), the food OMG, the music, the host Ross, our server Spencer.. Perfect! A hidden gem that is a french bistro unpretentious yet a quality excellent dining experience. Love, love , love. Will be my go to spot .

My husband and I have been wanting to go to Red Cow for some time and took the opportunity this weekend. The service was excellent. I think our waitress was very attentive and always came by to ask us how we were. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions for all courses. We started with the salad Vert as an appetizer, shared the special 16 oz filet mignon with asparagus as a side dish. we really enjoyed the food we ordered! Prices quite high but I'd love to come back to revisit.

Absolutely wonderful. Such a lovely way to celebrate. Humble but upscale, such joyful food made by people who are so passionate. Excellent service, our waiter was a sommelier and so knowledgeable, he made excellent pairings for us. I can’t explain how magic the mussel broth was. An order of mussels for the table is a must. Everything was casual like eating mussels with your hands and dipping your fries in the broth, but the flavors were so complex and delicious. That juxtaposition made for such a fun and exciting dining experience. The steak and the pork were just insane. Perfectly cooked and finished on a flame, with the first bite of the contre fillet I just smiled. What a treat. We 100% ordered too much and had to a couple laps around the neighborhood after but I can’t imagine what we would have cut from our order. It was our anniversary and they gave us a sweet little card. Everything had the highest attention to detail. We chose to sit at the patio and it was so cute. They have individual booths with string lights and large solid wood picnic tables, a stepping stone path, wildflowers, and little structures are out back. A lovely spot for a weeknight happy hour, a celebratory dinner, or a beautiful meal just because.

Good happy hour, a bit pricey if you come for dinner. Had the burger and frites - the garlic aioli for the fries was sooo good. I put some of it on the burger which was delicious. Got the burger medium and it was the perfect amount of pink. Ambience is definitely upscale so I recommend wearing nice casual clothes. Servers were very attentive. Parking was a bit hard to find, parked in the neighborhood behind the restaurant.

First ES restraunt I went to and was underwhelmed by the food. I was expecting the burger to be more flavorful. Additionally, the burger bun was too airy and I don't think it is a good fit for a burger. Staff was nice. Ambience is on the higher end.

We LOVE ES restaurants so of course we had to try this place and quite honestly we weren’t as impressed as some of his other locations but it wasn’t like terrible or anything! Our waiter was super nice which was great but it took over an hour to get our main entree, by that time we were absolutely starving! I ordered the burger medium but it came like super rare, and it was disappointing cause I was so hungry. Also the bun was super burnt, and that’s all I could taste. Overall the burger had like no flavor. We also ordered the coulotte steak, it was delicious though! We also got the beet salad which was super good & the bread which was delicious. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the food came really slow, took over 2 hours to get 2 appetizers and 2 entrees out. Our waiter was super nice but that’s a really long time. We were seated at like 615pm and didn’t get our entrees until close to 745pm. And because of my burger. Otherwise it was great! But I prefer other ES restaurants much more than this one.

I've been a dozen-ish times over the years and outside of the happy hour menu I just have never felt that the food met the cost. At this point I think I'm mostly paying the shipping cost on all the ingredients...or I at least hope I'm paying a premium for something extra.Even when coming while I have a craving for a great steak I've left disappointed. The meats are probably perfectly cooked but I have felt disappointed in the taste, possibly because they keep the meats lightly seasoned, if at all. Frankly, I'd choose Asedero Prime over this location, my mouth waters for their steaks even when I'm full. The cocktails, beers, fries and all the sauces have been enjoyable, also the staff have been pleasant and helpful every time I've been here. I've gotta add that the ambiance is nice, it's got a trendy feel but also feels intimate, which really is what I've often come back for. I have enjoyed my trips here even if I haven't loved the food. If retail therapy was a restaurant this might be it.

Love the neighborhood vibe and sat at bar enjoying the bussle. Started with 'Mischief Managed' (nod to HP Im sure) which featured vodka, lemon, additional liquor which I didnt recognize. Barkeep was right, it was not sweet .. which I did not want, but it also wasnt very taste-ful. Watery, flat, somewhat bland .. bummer. Ordered Penn Cove mussels (moules frites) as I am a huge fan usually. Disappointed. Mussels were fine but prep was completely unimaginative. Thin broth with a few herbs tossed in. Needed butter. White wine, someting more to compliment and make the moules fly.. and crusty bread to soak up tailings. Frites were good though ... sorry. Two stars.
