    Cactus Cantina is a great Tex Mex place located not far from the National Cathedral. They have outdoor sidewalk seating in the warmer months. They have fantastic chips and salsa. The chips are light and crispy and are served warm. There is a tortilla press in the center of the restaurant and the fresh tortillas that they serve are delicious. I've tried a number of different options on the menu, but my favorite has to be the enchiladas. The wait staff is always friendly and good about making recommendations. They also serve great cocktails - specially the margaritas.
