Great food my favorite place at the mall.The girls are awesome and so fast. I love you can get a sample really great my daughter loves there dumplings and sesame chicken her dad loves boom shrimp. Sushi is made fresh. 11 years ago found this place while pregnant and have been coming back since. ????????

This place is awesome. Food is delicious, the price can NOT be bet. $11 and some change for rice, vegetables and you can pick one meat or little bit of both as I did chicken and shrimp. The employees are very nice and attentive. I try all the meats before ordering. It was so good I went back to order two to go. Not sure what the other reviews are saying about bad costumer service. I usually don’t write reviews but I decided to do for this place since it’s has good food and to say there is NOT bad customer service at all. At least when was there. Please try it . Yummy!

The lady gave us several pieces of chicken to try before we buy. And the food was good! I got spicy chicken and my husband got sesame chicken. Amazing value for money! It was $10 for chicken, rice (fried rice or white rice), plus veggies. And they gave a lot of chicken. I recommend this over the McDonald's right beside it.

Great Asian food. Bourbon chicken, spicy Bourbon chicken, tempura style Shrimp, steak and any combination with lomein style noodles or white/fried rice. Many other choices. Priced unbeatable 7.99 starting. If you are in Manassas you should visti this place. Generous handout of samples make you decide quick what is best your taste. Friendly staff. What else can you ask for!

Today I went Nori Japan fast-food restaurant inside Manassas mall. I order the food # 5 . Front customer service Asian tiny lady showed very rude behaviour. That type's of bad customer service I never had experienced in my life.I request to everyone please don't go there to became humiliated.

This place is gross, they have chicken piled up in a corner of their grill expecting clients to eat it, I requested my chicken to be made fresh and they refused!!!!It was 11:20 am and they already had a pile of chicken that was even probably from the night before!Unacceptable...

Terrible customer service! Obnoxious male staff. Instead of correcting their incompetence in getting the orders right, he kept smirking at me and stayed being a jerk and insisted that he “heard” me ordered exactly what I got.

Me and my husband went to the mall last night around closing time, I went to Bath & Body Works to buy some lotions $50 worth, we then went to Nori Japan to sit and eat. I have been going to eat there for 9 years now, the owners even know me. My husband left my bag of lotions on their counter accidentally when he went to grab our food, we ate, and went to get his watch sized. Immediately upon walking away I told him where is my bag, he went back to Nori Japan to see and saw one of the girls and one of the guys smelling a lotion so he went back to me and said the bag was gone so I went over to them I saw the girl putting the Bath & Body Works bag underneath this place, I told her “hey those are my lotions” she said no its only an empty bag, I said no way did someone come within a minute took all my lotions out of the bag put them in a different bag and leave the bag on your counter without getting caught, it just doesn’t make sense. I told her I know my lotions are here just give them back, she refused. I then called the mall security who told me to call Prince William county police, police told me to tell them not to leave since it was closing time and she was the first one ready to leave and that they were on their way. The mall security guy went and called his boss over, he came and told them not to leave because police were on their way, mall security guys were very nice and helpful. Immediately upon him saying that they were super nervous and the guys pulled out my bag of lotions and acted surprised, he said oh you’re talking about this bag? I said, ohhhh but you didn’t have it right! Police showed up right away, they were very helpful. I basically got my lotions back, and the point isn’t about the lotions, the point is that we go to the mall to shop, we enjoy a nice meal at the food court, and we dont expect the people at the food court to steal from us. Very very very dissapointing.

I ordered the sesame chicken with lo mien and fried rice. It was good no problems until the next day when i went to warm up my left over food. i saw there was a meat that was purplish. i cut it open and i can promise you it wasn’t chicken. it looked like some kind of fish. there was more than one too. i haven’t been feeling good since i had the food so im not gonna say i have food poisoning but it do sure looks that way.
