I had the McCalister Club and it was AMAZING! This was my first time.here and I expected for my sandwich to be made like Subway sandwiches and on similar bread but when I received it, it wasn't. It was even better! I can tell it was made with delicacy and creativity. The bread was toasted and it was just so good. I cant really describe it but I will send a pic and also. I waited under 5 minutes for completion of my order. This is now going to be one of my go to places!!!

You can tell they are short staffed. I’ve never had my online order actually be ready by the time I arrive. My only complaint is that they were so rushed trying to keep up with orders that my order was sloppily put together and definitely skimped on the cheese aside from just sprinkling the top layer.

The kids menu is nice in that it offers different choices like French bread pizza, chicken broccoli bowl, and baked potatoes. These kids meals are very well priced as well! The soups are good and the variety is nice.In this area, there aren't too many places to eat, so this is nice to have.I love participating via Google Reviews - if you find this review helpful, please click Like below. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the sandwich was decent. We ordered and spent 30mins waiting for our food. The staff seemed over worked, exhausted, and didn't want to be there. I ordered a cucumber-tomato salad with my sandwich and 75% of it was onions! I literally had two little slivers of tomato and half a hunk of cucumber and the rest was onions. My wife had to pull apart her wrap and pick out bad pieces of lettuce from it. I normally love McAlister's but this expirence certainly did not meet McAlister's standards. And to top it off their times have changed, they close at 8pm due to short staffing.

I ordered online. Went in to pick up. Manager and employee were at the "pick up" cash register. After they handled whatever they were doing, they both ignored me and went in the back. The employee who was bagging orders has her back to the "pick up" line. She bags my order and then 2 others. After ignoring myself and the person behind me, she yells out "does anyone have a pick up order". He gets around me and gets his order first and I finally get my order. Not the first time I have felt they were lacking customer service or organization? Not sure which is the issue. But I do know this is not my favorite McAlisters location.

They use deceptive practices at the counter when ordering, and I have no doubt they are trained by corporate to do so. It all started with a simple "choose 2" meal, seemingly harmless on it's own at $9.59, I got a half sandwich and side of soup, the employee asked if I wanted a pickle spear, not disclosing it cost an extra $1.50! I then ordered a soda, again the employee didn't ask what size, not that they have many with the only sizes being too small and too big, but the employee just automatically charged me for biggest soda I've ever seen in my life at $3.69! of course I had to have a cookie so I grabbed one, which didn't have a price tag on it, but it's a small cookie it can't be that much right? Wrong! $2.25! Of course as you order there is no customer facing display to show the cost of anything, so in the end my humble 'Choose 2" meal cost a walled draining $18.58! I will never ever go back to McAlister's Deli, not only because of the prices but the food was really mediocre!

Placed a delivery order through their app. Order did not go through but my card was charged. I called customer service and they said the order failed and the transaction would not go through. Placed another order while on the phone with customer service per their instructions. Order failed but my card was charged AGAIN. So I have this money being held in my account and no lunch. Called the store 3x and no one picked up. Between this incident and the quality of my last 3 orders going down. I don’t recommend ordering from them online or over the phone. Maybe go into the store so that if something is wrong it can be taken care of on the spot. Delivery/Online ordering is not reliable.

We would suggest picking up your order at the location. We have tried delivery, putting notes on the order to remind them to put the butter/au jus sauce in the order, and EVERY TIME things are missing from the order. Now we have to go to the store to pick up, and the food is cold, and has to be reheated. We know now, to avoid delivery. It is not Door Dash's fault, and they can't open the bag to check. We will let the competition have our business.

Preface: I don't think this was the workers' faults. They seemed understaffed, which reflects poorly on the management and/or ownership, not them.On a lazy, slow Sunday afternoon (like 2 other people in there when we arrived), two meals took ~45 minutes. When we finally got our food and got tea refills, they didn't add ice--so we sat down to eat with two lukewarm drinks...and then realized we weren't given forks. It would take less time for us to get home and use our own silverware than to wait in line, so we left.

McAlister's is really going downhill. I went there last on Sunday June 3rd the place was disgusting, straw wrappers and used napkins laying on the counter tops and on the floor. The counter tops were filthy needed the be wiped clean. Last 2 visits I asked for my salads and sandwiches to be bagged separate and it was not done. Also the salads are getting smaller every time, not worth a $9 salad. It's a shame because it wasn't like that 4 years ago when I started going there. I won't be back.
