I am surprised to read recent reviews . I enjoyed the thanksgiving brunch buffet. The service was prompt, attentive and professional. Our servers were filling mimosas and clearing our table constantly. The food was prepared and displayed to perfection. The crab legs were pre split and the prime rib would melt in your mouth. Omelets were freshly prepared and all other sides were delicious. I will be back.

Food was tasty to me. Not a calorie counters paradise by any means but the burger tasted great and draft IPA was satisfying. Evening bar took a long time to get things done got only two people in the bar but service was friendly and it was sort of an in between time on a Sunday evening. Lunch the next day was prompt and staff was quite on top of things. Food took a fraction of the time of the previous evening. I’d come here again without hesitation.

We tried to stop in for lunch because the signs in the Omni Hotel elevator said they were open till 2pm. Got there at noon and they said we shut down at 11am. Their bar didn’t open till 5 for drinks, so we went elsewhere. Very disappointed

The chicken on the Cobb salad was so dry I could not eat it and took it off just to eat the rest of the salad. The service? I can't believe how bad the service was in this restaurant. We had to go get a waiter every time we needed anything. They had only two tables. I will never go back and suggest nobody eat here.

Ridiculously poor service, waited 20 minutes for someone to come over to the table after seating myself-when no one did ( passing in front of me several times) I had to get up and call someone. The waiter who came couldn’t even take my order- had to take the menu over to another waiter to show him that I wanted to order a San pellegrino ( because he wasn’t familiar with pretty much anything on the menu)...unbelievable. Food took forever, lackluster-definitely not worth what they charge. Never again

I used to really enjoy this place, but I will not be going back. It is just a waste of money at this point. The sandwiches are poorly made, with nothing but bread. There is hardly anything added to the sandwich. Lettuce and tomato are not standard. My most recent experience was the final straw as my "cheese steak" was just thickly sliced steak that was extremely tough and chewy. The bread was so thick that I had to break off most of it just so I could attempt to eat it. And then the only part where the bread wasn't thick was the back, so it split and fell apart everywhere. No flavor, just a cold bun with cold toppings and cheap steak. But, they have Omni prices.Save your money and go somewhere else. Subway has better tasting food for crying out loud.

Draft beer on menu came in a bottle. I had to ask twice for a glass to pour it in. Been sitting in the booth done for 30 minutes waiting for my bill to be corrected which my waiter couldn’t remember why I was still sitting here and I had to remind him twice what I was waiting on. So what started with a quick dessert and drink ended up being 80 minutes. Apple crisp was ok but I prefer crumble over oats.

This is cafeteria quality level flavor, but with the added fun of high prices and possible food poisoning. Caesar Salad had raw shrimp and the marinara sauce was a can of tomatoes. Eggplant Parmesan was also under cooked, very lazy cooking. The positives, service was solid and drink was pretty good. If you are at the Omni this place is fine to grab a drink. AVOID FOOD!!!! Truly unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to have this level of food.

Like most of the post this has got to be the worst place in town. We had 6 at a table and the dinners came out 6 different times. Their excuse, was we only have one cook. Well 2 of the orders were hamburgers, the cook can't make 2 burgers at a time? It also took them over an hour to get those 6 dinners out. Needless to say the last person to get their meal ate alone.

Horrible service. Waited 50 minutes for the food to arrive, with only 4 tables of people in the whole restaurant. Between taking our initial food/drink orders and leaving 2 hours later, nobody ever asked if anyone would like more water or another drink - even when the food arrived and every glass on the table was empty. Of the 4 entrees we had, all were awful.With the prices so high, one would expect a better experience. Treat yourself and go to the 7-11 around the corner instead.
