I have been following Brisket boys since 2017 all around san antonio. I am super glad they have a permanent location now. we are always greeted by the owners with a friendly greeting… we have tried everything in the menu Even the Special pop up menu items. Everything is always so damn juicy, tender and tasty. We look forward to years of Brisket boys.

The Brisket and baked potato pull pork were very delicious and we are definitely going back because everything looks delicious and next time I'm trying the mac n cheese Brisket and also recommending this place to family. This is a place that you must try.

Went to Brisket Boys Ordered the Baked Potato with Marbled Brisket, everything was delicious. Didn't have any complaints tasted so fresh like the brisket had just come out of the pit. Definitely a place I will visit again. And for the crew working the truck super friendly, Good Job Guys!

This was my first time having Brisket Boys. Their food is so good! So tender and juicy!! The staff was friendly and welcoming of a new, very indecisive, customer. I wish they were closer to me; if they were, they would have a new regular customer. I can't wait to visit them again and try something different.

Stopped by the Brisket Boys food truck and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Big Boy sandwich which came with chips and a drink. Meal cost about $12, after-tax. The sandwich was very filling and flavor. The brisket was not dry. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

This food is amazing. Everything is made to order and the wait is not long. You can taste the passion in this food. Try it for yourself and be your own judge but I highly recommend. This is the home of The Beast potato, if your looking for a fulfilling meal this is the place to get it. All the sides are made fresh. Great owner. I tried the brisket taco and it was soo delicious! I can’t stop thinking about the cilantro, bbq sauce and cilantro sauce and how they complimented the juicy smoked brisket and tortilla ????I also had the 2 meat plate!!! Yummmyyy ????I had the rice, beans and mac!!! Perfect combo!I also had their loaded potato!! Let me tell you it was loaded!!! Moist tender extra smoke flavor brisket on one of the biggest potatoes I’ve seen lol ???? they have one bigger called the Beast!! Definitely trying that next!! Ribs, sausage, & brisket with a huge paotato and the works weighing about 4pounds!!!I’m getting hungry just writing this review!! Go go now!!!

I've eaten here a few times, Brisket is good, sausage is great, loaded baked potato is a literal monster of a dish and everything on their menu is always on point. For a place that is so small you'd really not expect the level of taste to be this good, but you'd be wrong, it's outstanding. Highly recommend if you're in the area, great friendly staff and great food!

Honestly I expect better but bills miller's taste better then their brisket rice and beans. Brisket has no flavor and is chewing so dont know how u can fix that. Rice is taste less might as well been white rice. The sausage was good. Cost more then bill miller's too. Just my opinion ???? I rather leave my opinion then give feedback to have my food compromised.
