Strawberry Soy Smoothie
This is a delicious, non-dairy fruit smoothie made with soy milk and silken tofu. Substitute bananas, mango, blueberries or your favorite fruit for the strawberries.

1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup soft silken tofu (about 6-ounces)
1 box (10-ounces) frozen strawberries
1½ cup orange juice
TipsAdd any other fruit you like to make this a tropical smoothie (kiwis, bananas, mango, etc).

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until thoroughly blended until mixture is smooth and creamy.
